When did you start coaching at OSEGA? About 3 yrs ago.

How long have you been coaching gymnastics? 12 years for gymnastics, 3 years for Ninja

Which levels have you coached? Preschool, Pre-team, and Levels 1-5 but I have also assisted other levels.

Where did you live before coming to OSEGA? Florida

Were you a gymnast when you were younger? Yes, my entire family is comprised of gymnasts including my parents. New Competitive Ninja Team! Jake was asked about our new Ninja Team: We have 6 team members so our first team is full. We will be competing in the general area our first year, so we can get used to how the team and competitions will work. There are competitions in Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. As the program expands we will consider destinations like Florida. including my parents.

What is your favorite gymnastics event/apparatus? I don’t really have one apparatus, I think they all have something super fun to offer.

What do you enjoy most about gymnastics? I enjoy all aspects of gymnastics. It’s physically and mentally challenging but also fun and pretty.

What are you looking forward to most at OSEGA? I am really excited to see how far we can take the new Ninja team.

If you could go anywhere in the world where would you go and why? I would like to tour Asia and try the foods from all the different regions. I love food!

What is your favorite color? I don’t have a favorite color really. I like them all.

Do you have pets? Not at the moment, but I love animals.

What was your favorite subject in school? It’s a tie between P.E. and Physics Hobbies? Teaching gymnastics, hiking, and reading books. These are a few of my favorite things Food, books, food (did I mention food?)
